The short version
YAI POP is built on a hard rule: no audio is ever recorded, buffered, or
uploaded. That is an architectural constraint, not a marketing claim. The
only thing we collect through this website is an email address, and only if
you give it to us by joining the waitlist.
What we collect from this site
- Waitlist signups. If you submit the form, we store your email
address, the date you joined, the page you came from, and the IP address
of the request (for spam protection only).
- Standard server logs. Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions keep
short-lived request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) as part of normal
operation. We do not aggregate, share, or sell these.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site.
What we don't collect
- Audio. The future YAI POP app never records audio. It captures
metadata about your creative process (edits, structural decisions, timing
variance) — never the sound itself.
- Identifiers beyond your email. We don't link your signup to social profiles or other data sources.
Why we collect your email
To notify you when YAI POP is ready and to offer free early access to
people who joined the waitlist. We will not sell, rent, or share your
email address with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing
iam@aicreate.ai. We'll confirm
within a reasonable timeframe and remove the entry from our database.
